- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The secratary was bad mouthing my Dr. knowing it was my Dr the minute I walked in the door. Dr. chin started interrogating me and asking questions that were completely irrelevant to my care and undermining me and my primary. The second time I came back for my next test, the secretary stood over me and reprimanded me for being 4 minutes late to my appointment like I was her child. Completely unprofessional, walked into a drama circle the minute I walked in the door about my dr and the secretary, the secretary makes you feel like you are a burden, and the DR. obviously is more interested in making you feel stupid. Asked me questions that don't even apply to anything involving my care, like how long I lived here, and where I went to college. I don't feel comfortable sitting in the office, let alone trusting these people with my care.July 06, 2017by d z
